Tony Gwynn was a Major League Baseball Hall of Famer who played for the San Diego Padres for his entire 20-year career. He was a 15-time All-Star and won eight Gold Glove Awards and seven Silver Slugger Awards.
Gwynn was one of the most successful hitters of his generation, and he is considered to be one of the greatest hitters of all time. He finished his career with a .338 batting average, 3,141 hits, and 1,335 RBIs.
